A First-Class Journey

Ra'Shada Bruce comes from a long line of creatives, and a long line of cooks.  Her mother pursued an education in culinary arts and grandmother was the go-to family member for Italian favorites.  With a combination of soul food cooking and a natural draw towards classic Italian techniques, it's no wonder she couldn't resist the temptation to take her place among the food greats.  

First-Class Catering was created as an expression of the love Ra'Shada and her family have for serving others, creating unforgettable culinary experiences and bringing people together for a common purpose - enjoying good food.  We believe that everyone should be treated "first class" and enjoy the luxury that comes with it.
